Food Coaching
It’s like having your own personal trainer for eating!
We can all do with people to help us stay on track. Not only can I provide expert help, and help you set plans and goals, but most importantly you have somebody to keep you accountable, to track your progress, and to cheer you on.
We are all different and everyone has their own goals and obstacles. As your food catch, I will help you set up a plan that is catered to you.
Intro Session
In the first session we will get to know each other and discuss your food goals. We'll come up with an individual plan on how to move forward, and I will help break down the process into manageable steps.
Once you have a clear picture of what you are doing and why, it is a lot easier to stick to your steps and travel towards your goals. You can take comfort in knowing if anything in your plan is challenging or difficult to adjust to, I can support, motivate and give you tips along the way.
Ongoing Support
Sometimes that biggest challenge is starting - but that’s not to say that there aren’t many different challenges along the way. I can continue to support you, and be there with updated advice or plans as you continue on your journey.

“Eating nutrient shallow meals that don't provide the energy required, coupled with continual snacking (because you are hungry), is living in a perpetual state of never having quite enough. The body cannot get ahead with thriving because it is simply surviving.” Jude Blereau
